LINUX ADMINISTRATION COURSE -TULA’S INSTITUTE DEHRADUN
A two day course programme on the topic ‘Linux Administration’ ended in Tula’s institute on Tuesday. The programme was organised under ‘Semester Academic Activity Series’ of the college. The program was managed by Department of Computer Science and Engineering, MCA and BCA and the Engineering wing of Tula’s Institute. An expert in Operating Systems from IIT, Roorkee, (Uttarakhand) Dr Sudip Roy, an expert in Operating Systems from IIT, Roorkee, (Uttarakhand) was key speaker on the occasion. During the two-day program, the students explored valuable insights on Linux Administration that included Understanding the Linux Commands, General Purpose Utilities, Navigating the File Systems, The Vi editors and Shell programming. Students from Master of Computer Application and Bachelor of Computer Applications actively participated in the workshop.The Director of Tula’s Institute Pramod Kumar, Registrar Dr Pawan Kumar Choubey, Anuj Kumar Singh Diwaker and Chandrash Mishra also attended the programme.
